Petropolis Wax Museum

The Wax Museum of Petrópolis is a fascinating space located in a mansion protected by IPHAN, built in the early 20th century in a Spanish style, featuring hand-painted tile finishes. After a year of restoration works, the property became the headquarters of the first wax museum in Brazil with international standards of hyper-realism.

Some of the represented personalities include Dom Pedro II, Princess Isabel, Albert Einstein, Ayrton Senna, Madonna, the Beatles, and many others.

In addition to the permanent exhibitions, the Wax Museum of Petrópolis also offers temporary exhibitions and special events that cover various themes and bring new experiences to the public. Photography is allowed, and visitors are encouraged to interact with the wax figures, capturing unique and memorable moments.
